Pelican Preserve Age Restrictions:

Owners:  Owners must be 55 years of age and over, except for 20% of the sub-association (building or neighborhood associations). Federal law dictates that 20% of the owners may be from 40 to 54 years of age. The availability of the 20% can constantly change with owners changing. New construction areas are prime areas for available 20% status.

Guest: Guest of owners may be any age while accompanied by owner and can visit up to 30 days.

Note: Guest NOT accompanied by owners must meet the following circumstances to stay at the property.
1. Owner must claim the property as their primary residence.
2. Guest must be a blood relative.
3. Guest may stay up to a 30 day period.
4. No guest under the age of 18 years of age will be allowed to stay without the accompaniment of a person at least 55 years of age.

Restrictions are subject to change.
